"We are an elderly couple living in a rural area and there have been several reports from friends and neighbours of theft and break-ins.  We spoke to several companies with a view to install some cameras, but in the end Hosted Comms made it very simple and explained how the system would be installed and how we would be able to have that piece of mind.  The survey was very thorough and only after the survey did we receive a quote for the job.  some of the other companies were very pushy yet Hosted Comms moved at our pace and let us make our decision  when we were ready.  The install was all completed with engineers wearing gloves and masks and even plastic coverings for their feet when they needed access to our loft, minus their shoes.  There was no mess, they even laid the cable from the house to the top of the garden in plastic pipe and left no trace that they had even been there.  All the work was superb and the training they gave to me and my wife who are not the most technically minded was fantastic.  We even had a visit after the job  from the engineer who surveyed it to make sure we were happy!  A great price and service which is why we are recommending them."
